Q: How do I return the headphones?

We either collect ourselves or arrange for a courier to collect them from your doorstep. This is all included in the price.

Q: What sort of devices can I connect to Silent Noize Events equipment?

You can use any audio equipment to play the music and the simplest way is to plug in your mp3 player, ipod, tablet, phone, laptop, etc. You can also use your own DJ equipment (or hire from ourselves) - just make sure you’re connected to our transmitters and you’re good to go!

Q: Are Silent Noize Events an environmentally friendly company?

Yes we are, we use Battery Back to recycle our batteries. Use a couriers, as opposed to delivering in our van as much as possible. We use a hybrid vehicle for drop offs/collections and have reduced our carbon footprint hugely by switching to digital documentation.

Q: Can I play the music from my laptop, iPod, phone, tablet etc without a DJ?

Yes. You can use any audio equipment to connect. The simplest way is to plug in iPods, laptops etc with playlists on them.

Q: What range do the transmitters have?

Up to 100m but some of our headphones actually reach further.

Q: Do I need to set everything up myself?

You can either 'dry hire' the equipment and set it up yourselves using our very easy to follow set up instructions or you can book a package with a technician included. We are on the end of the phone 24/7 if you need any assistance.
