New Years Eve Isle of Wight 

A classic tale of logistical nightmares, one of our customers on the Isle of Wight was hit with courier issues on the island and was in devastation her New Years Eve party might be ruined. What could be done? We could have given a full refund and our apologies but that would be the easy option. Instead, we flew out one of our loyal techs to the Isle of Wight, with our headsets and equipment in a suitcase, fully charged and ready to rock, and delivered them to the client. Her NYE silent disco party went ahead without a hitch. Talk about first class service!  

Not Enough Headsets Ordered 

One of our clients drastically underestimated the popularity of silent seminars and was in a pickle mid-way through the first set of sessions due to a host of people not being able to hear the conference. Audience members were becoming disinterested, and our customer was becoming distressed. But then she gave us a call and explained the situation. Without hesitation, Silent Noize jumped in one of our vans and a few hours later, another 500 headsets were in the hands of the very thankful and relieved customer.  

Christmas Party Van Breakdown 

When something goes wrong and it’s our fault, we will always admit our mistakes and do everything we can to rectify the situation and satisfy our customers.  

 

This emergency incident during the winter holiday season began with us travelling down the M40 when all of a sudden, one of our usually trust-worthy vans suffered catastrophic engine failure. Our very own DJ Scott was stranded over 50 miles from our headquarters, in need of some help to get to our customer and set the record straight. That’s when Lisa answered the call, got up off her sofa and, within half an hour, was on route to DJ Scott in a fully functioning van. A quick equipment swap and she was on her way to the Christmas party to save the day.  

Summer Party Fail 

Summer, the perfect season for parties, get-togethers and festivals, and a previous summer party was facing a troubling issue. It was a busy Friday afternoon in July when our phone rang. A very distressed event planner running a BBQ party in Manchester for a corporate client had not received her headsets from the company she booked them with. These things can happen but what was really worrying was this company wasn’t answering the customer’s calls or emails!  

 

Not a problem for us at Silent Noize thanks to our bank of spare kits for situations just like this. However, this event planner needed a new batch of headsets by 5pm – we received the call at 2pm. Within a three-hour time window, our team quickly prepared the kit, jumped in the van and headed to the Manchester Venue, arriving just before the party started! We don’t just go above and beyond for our existing customers; we also do everything we can to help those let down by other companies too.
