October was an incredibly proud month for us as we launched Silent Seminars in the USA @ The Festival of Genomics Boston. An event we did in London earlier in the year, working for some forward thinking conference organisers at Clarion, we were lucky enough to be invited to do the American leg of the show due to the success in London.
The conference is made up of 3 main presentation areas which previously used the traditional PA speaker set up to allow the delegates to hear the live seminars and presentations that take place throughout the conference. The problem was that all over the venue there were noise clashes. Each presentation had to be timed around the one next door to ensure that people could hear the material being presented and the exhibitors on the show floor were not disturbed. That is until we came along, stripped out the PA systems and replaced them with our pioneering Slient Conference headsets!
The feedback has been phenomenal and we’re already booked in to do the Festival of Genomics, London 2018. We’re looking forward to taking the USA by storm next year.
Nov sees us shortlisted for 2 awards at the Event Technology Awards in London so we’ve got everything crossed for that one. Stay tuned :)
